Busy Little Sloth
Recently I’ve been booked up for time. It's been pretty hard to make cards or make some sample batches of soap, but perseverance is the key. Lately I’ve made this lavender soap that is divine! Unfortunately I still have to wait four weeks for it to cure. I think this recipe might become a staple if the suds test turns out as great as it smells! In a couple of weeks I’ll be trying out my lemon soap recipe and seeing if it’s curing has diminished the scent or whether it smells as strongly as when I poured it. Soap is a really fun science! My next goal is to work on making the soap packaging as pretty as possible, which shouldn’t be too hard with my new logo on the way and enough washi tape to fill a room. My friend found me this amazing artist name Bryony Wynne-Jones, she works in water colours that are gorgeous (I especially love her bird works). Check her out if you have time!
Looking forward to more crafting time next month, but until then,
Sturdy branches and tall tree tops,
Little Sloth Queen
